Прокуратура принимают меры по противодействию незаконному игорному бизнесу в Украине
Прокуратура Киевской области 17 января 2011 обжаловала в апелляционном порядке постановление Киевского окружного административного суда от 8 декабря 2009, согласно которой, вопреки Закону Украины "О запрете игорного бизнеса в Украине", были признаны неправомерными действия Государственной налоговой администрации в г. Киеве и Киевской области по изъятию игровых автоматов частного предприятия "Лагуна-2004".
Славутским межрайонным прокурором Хмельницкой области 17 января 2011, а также Прокуратурой АР Крым 19 января 2011 предъявлено в суды иски о взыскании в государственный бюджет с субъектов предпринимательской деятельности примененных к ним финансовых санкций на сумму соответственно свыше 7,5 млн грн и 5 млн грн за проведение азартных игр в нарушение действующего законодательства Украины.
